How to Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email from us. That email contains your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

1. Open your shipment confirmation email from B Farm Creations.
2. Click the Track Your Order link inside the email.
3. You'll be taken to our tracking page where you can see the latest status and estimated delivery date.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my tracking number?
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. This is typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

My tracking link isn't showing updates yet — what's happening?
It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking status. If it's been more than 48 hours with no update, please reach out to us.

I can't find my confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll look up your order for you.
