If a product listing includes personalization options, follow its instructions and review the available choices before ordering. If you want something that is not offered in the listing, ask us first rather than assuming an order note will make the change possible.

You can also contact us with an idea for a handmade piece, an original design, or a 3D-printed creation. Partner-supplied products may have different options, and not every item can be altered.

What to include in your inquiry

• Your requested details: Share the exact wording, spelling, colors, dimensions, or other changes you have in mind.
• Quantity: Tell us how many pieces you are considering.
• Your preferred date: Include any event or gift deadline. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.

• Intended use: Explain how the item will be used so we can better assess the request.

Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in your message.

Before placing a custom order

An inquiry does not place an order or reserve production time. Before purchasing, ask us to confirm whether the request is available, the agreed specifications, the price, and the next steps for ordering.

If a design preview or approval step is part of your project, clarify that with us before ordering. Carefully check names, dates, spelling, dimensions, and other agreed details before giving approval.

Timing and changes

Custom work may involve design, sourcing, production, and shipping. Ask about the timing for your specific project, especially if you are working toward a deadline.

If you need to change a request, contact us as soon as possible. Do not assume that changes will be possible after details have been agreed or production has begun.
